This program is
designed to work with
- Windows
2000/2003/XP with latest service pack
- Microsoft
Internet Explorer 5.5 and above
If
you have a Firewall installed on your computer or on your network please set
your firewall to allow
This program
needs following components to upload files
- Sun
Java Run time 1.4 or higher
- U-Upload
Cart applet
- Acceptance
of applet browser certificate by your browser
Options
Step 1
You may not have Sun Java installed on your box.
- Verify
it has been installed correctly, visit http://java.com/ -- you will see the
message "You've Got the Latest" and be able to view a test
applet if it is installed correctly.
Step 2
- Click START
> CONTROL PANEL
- Double click 'Java'
- Change tab to
'Advanced'
- To enable: make sure
the Internet Explorer is checked under <APPLET > tag support
- Click OK to save the
setting
- Restart the browser
Step 3
- Click
START > CONTROL PANEL
- Double
click 'Java'
- Change
tab to 'General'
- Click
Delete Files
- Make
sure everything is checked
- Downloaded Applets
- Downloaded Applications
- Other Files
- Click
OK.
- Click
OK.
- Restart the
browser
Step 5
- Go to "Tools |
Internet Options..." from the main menu
- Change to the
"Security" tab
- Click Internet
- Click Custom Level
- Scroll to Scripting
section
- To enable: make sure
"Enable" is selected under Scripting of Java Applets
- Restart the browser
Step 6
- Go to "Tools |
Internet Options..." from the main menu
- Change to the
"Security" tab
- Click Internet
- Select
"Custom" and click on the "Settings..." button
- To enable: make sure
"Enable" is selected under "Active scripting"
- Restart the browser
Step 7
- Go to "Tools |
Internet Options..." from the main menu
- Change to the
"General" tab
- Click Delete Cookies
| Click OK
- Click Delete Files |
Select Delete all offline content | Click Ok
- Click Clear History |
Click OK
- Restart the browser
Step 8
- Go to
"Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu
- Change to the
"Advanced" tab
- To enable:
make sure "Enable" is selected under "Java (Sun)"
- Restart the
browser
